Darius joined the C & C Management Team in 1990. His duties have ranged from buyer, equipment logistical management, safety coordinator, human resources officer and marketing coordinator. Prior to C & C, Darius was a profit center manager for construction related organizations. He is critical in identifying customer needs and assuring the human resources are available to satisfy those unique and time-sensitive requirements. Job-site safety and environment are also areas of concern and responsibility for Darius. His strong communication skills and genuine concern for the people of C & C make him an invaluable member of the team. We can truly say that Darius is the "people" person within the organization.

He is an aspiring musician and enjoys opportunities to share his talent and music with others. Darius is active in the community, adores his wife and child and likes to collect bikes,i.e. motorcycles. His leisure time often finds him playing golf.
